ABC pulled “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” off the air indefinitely after Kimmel’s monologue about the man accused of killing Charlie Kirk. On Morning Joe, Mike Barnicle called the move part of a “blanket of intimidation,” adding, “Every American household with a television set, that television set comes with an automatic sensor thing. It’s called a remote control.”
