Paul Sewald is ready to pitch for the Detroit Tigers .
The Tigers acquired Sewald from the Cleveland Guardians at the July 31 trade deadline , but he has suffered from a right shoulder injury for most of the 2025 season , limiting him to just 15⅓ innings with the Guardians before the trade.
