Brigitte Macron plans to provide scientific and photographic evidence in a U.S. court disproving claims shared by right-wing influencer Candace Owens that she is actually a man.

The evidence will be submitted as part of a defamation lawsuit against Owens by Macron and her husband, French President Emmanuel Macron. Tom Clare, a lawyer for the Macrons, announced the news on Thursday in an interview with BBC podcast Fame Under Fire .
