Attorneys representing a former Georgia football recruiting staffer who sustained significant injuries in a high-speed crash in 2023 that killed two from the program have filed an amended civil complaint against Philadelphia Eagles star Jalen Carter after his testimony this summer.
The filing on Wednesday, Sept. 17, in State Court in Athens-Clarke County contends that Carter is subject to “uncapped punitive damages,” according to the attorneys for Victoria “Tory” Bowles.
She is also seeking $5 million from Carter and Breadman Jalen, LLC, a limited liability corporation based in Florida that is listed as the owner of the Cherokee Trackhawk SUV was driving on the night of the crash.
