CLEVELAND, Ohio — While the Browns ’ offensive struggles dominate headlines, their defensive line has been a legitimate bright spot — and it might soon get even better. Second-year defensive tackle Mike Hall Jr. has been practicing and could potentially return to action, adding another weapon to Jim Schwartz’s already dominant front.
