Cole Palmer points out Chelsea's 'fault' in Champions League opener defeat to Bayern Munich
Chelsea suffered a 3-1 loss against Bayern Munich in their first Champions League match of the season on September 17 at Allianz Arena.
The Blues' Trevoh Chalobah netted an own goal, handing Bayern a lead in the 20th minute. The home side were then awarded a penalty for Moises Caicedo's tackle on Harry Kane, who successfully converted it to double their lead in the 27th minute.
Chelsea's sole goal of the match came with Cole Palmer finding the back of the net after being set up by Malo Gusto in the 29th minute.
Kane struck again, taking Bayern's goal tally to three from an assist by Serge Gnabry in the 63rd minute.
