SAINT PAUL, Minn. — Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison applauded the federal charges against several individuals allegedly involved in a significant fraud scheme within the Housing Stabilization Services (HSS) program. These charges resulted from a collaborative investigation involving Ellison’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit (MFCU) and federal authorities. The principals of Brilliant Minds Services LLC, Leo Human Services LLC, Liberty Plus LLC, and Faladcare LLC hav e been accused of defrauding Minnesota's Medicaid program.
