Burger Week 2025 wrapped up recently with more than 374 restaurants across Canada competing for top honours, and Manitoba eateries making a strong showing on the national stage.

Patty Slaps in Montreal took the top spot nationally with its Big Jang burger. But Manitoba wasn’t far behind, with Carlo’s Cucina in Gimli placing second in Canada and first in Winnipeg with The Taste of the Interlake. PVG Street Eats and Jonesy’s Restaurant + Lounge, both in Winnipeg, also cracked the national Top 5 with The Wrangler and Fatter Than the Average Boy.
