LAKE WORTH BEACH, Fla. (WFLA) -- Fire rescue crews estimate around two dozen people are being treated after pepper spray was used during a fight at a Florida high school.
Palm Beach County Fire Rescue responded to Lake Worth High School on Thursday for an incident "involving a fight and pepper spray."
PBCFR said there will be a large fire rescue presence at the school while 20 to 30 patients are being treated and taken to the hospital.
No additional details were provided about the incident.
