ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - A beloved family-focused amusement center in Cobb County will soon shut its doors for good.

Mountasia Marietta’s last day in business is Sunday, Sept. 28. A local staple for birthdays and weekends, the center offers go-kart racing, miniature golf and arcade games.

“Thank you to our community, hosts, and our guests for making Mountasia Marietta a place to create timeless memories for more than 20 years,” the company said in a statement.

Mountasia Marietta did not offer a reason for its closure. Atlanta News First has reached out to learn more.
