Jaden Smith is stepping into the fashion world with a new career move.

According to PEOPLE , Smith, 27, has been named men's creative director for the French luxury fashion house Christian Louboutin.

The rapper and actor will oversee four men's collections annually, covering shoes, leather goods, and accessories, while also shaping the brand’s visual and emotional identity through marketing campaigns, events, and experiences.

Smith's appointment comes after he met designer Christian Louboutin six years ago in Paris, marking the start of their long-standing friendship.
