Singer Kali Uchis is hoping to disassociate herself from R&B artist D4vd following the discovery of a 15-year-old dead girl’s body in a Tesla registered to him.

The Grammy Award winner announced Thursday she is removing their recent collaboration, “ Crashing, ” from platforms after a social media user called attention to the unfolding situation regarding the suspicious death and D4vd’s possible association.

The singer, whose full name is David Anthony Burke has not been charged with a crime and is said to be cooperating with the investigation

“Not my friend i did a song with him which is currently in the process of being taken down given today’s disturbing news,” she wrote in response to a fan’s Instagram comment.
