It’s been less than one day since Cardi B announced her pregnancy with boyfriend Stefon Diggs, and there is already some drama happening behind the scenes. But it has nothing to do with the expecting mama. Instead, the New England Patriots’ football player was reportedly hit with a paternity suit, and he’s fighting back.

The US Sun reported that a 33-year-old social media model named Lord Gisselle “GiGi” (born Aileen Lopera) took Diggs to court in Dec. 2024. The initial filing stated, “Petitioner is currently pregnant with [Stefon’s] unborn child.”
