(WFXR)- Attorney General Jason Miyares said Virginia has joined a lawsuit against Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. and its subsidiary, Ticketmaster LLC, "for violating consumer protection laws and driving up ticket prices for Virginia consumers."

Miyares said Virginia joined a bipartisan, seven-state coalition and the Federal Trade Commission in seeking to enforce the Better Online Ticket Sales Act.
