A Delaware County man has pleaded guilty to charges of sex crimes against children, committed more than a decade ago.

According to a news release from Delaware County District Attorney Shawn J. Smith, Mark P. Archer, 40, of Sidney, pleaded guilty on Thursday, Sept. 18 to three counts of first-degree sexual abuse, a Class D violent felony. Archer entered his plea in county court, before Acting Delaware County Court Judge Gary A. Rosa.
