Oklahoma State Superintendent Ryan Walters announced over 70 certified Oklahoma teachers have been identified after an investigation from OSDE into comments made regarding the killing of Charlie Kirk.

224 reports have been submitted, through a feature within the state's proprietary 'Awareity' software, regarding 'defamatory' comments, 30 reports spoke about some schools not observing a moment of silence, and 3 reports described schools not flying their flags at half staff.

Supt. Walters demanded schools and teachers comply with his directives on honoring Charlie Kirk, with threats of unemployment for teachers if any 'defamatory or egregious comments' were made public or online.
