WAVYVIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — More customers of construction contractor Phil Casone have stepped forward to say that he took their money and ran without completing the work they paid for, a 10 On Your Side investigation has unveiled.
Last week, a former client took him to court in Chesapeake for taking a large deposit and not finishing the job. Casone didn’t show up in court and lost the case. He has to refund $37,500.

Megan Trelawney was one of several of Casone's clients who reached out to 10 On Your Side. She said things started great with Casone, but quickly took a turn when he stopped showing up.
