WASHINGTON (DC News Now) -- A civil forfeiture complaint was filed Thursday for a 2020 Subaru Forester SUV that belongs to a convicted sex offender who used the vehicle to commit child sex crimes, according to the United States Attorney's Office (USAO) for the District of Columbia.

Kaziah Matthew White, 33, pleaded guilty in December to a distribution of child pornography. He was sentenced in May to 87 months in prison and a lifetime of supervised release.

According to court documents, White communicated online with an undercover officer whom he believed to be an abusive father offering his 10-year-old son for sex.

During their communication, White sent over 100 videos containing child sexual abuse, including sadomasochistic content.
