Police have charged another three teenagers in relation to an alleged stabbing at a Moree motel last weekend.

Two 15-year-olds and another boy aged 11 were arrested by Tamworth police and are due to face a Children's Court today.

Police allege a 52-year-old motelier disturbed a group of five teenagers who broke into a room at the motel on Alice Street, Moree, shortly before 1am on Sunday, September 14.

The group allegedly turned on the man, and he was stabbed in the torso and the arm.

Four of the teenagers fled the scene, but police arrested a 13-year-old boy.

Police and NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the motelier before he was taken to the hospital.

Due to the extent of his injuries, he was flown to a Sydney hospital for emergency treatment, where he remains.
