SPOKANE, Wash. — A Spokane County Superior Court judge on Thursday dismissed a lawsuit filed by conservative activist and touring musician Sean Feucht, ruling that multiple claims he brought against the City of Spokane and its leaders had no legal merit.

The case stemmed from a September 2023 resolution passed by the Spokane City Council, which denounced then-Mayor Nadine Woodward for appearing at a rally with Feucht and former Washington state representative Matt Shea, following the devastating Gray and Oregon Road wildfires in Spokane County. In its ruling, the court found the resolution did not infringe on Feucht’s rights or cause him harm.
