IOWA CITY — The Big Ten conference announced its men's basketball conference schedules on Thursday.

The Hawkeyes drew Maryland, Purdue and Nebraska as two-play opponents in 2025-26, meaning Iowa will face the trio in a home-and-home series during the regular season.

Big Ten play begins on Tuesday, Dec. 2, when the Hawkeyes face Michigan State on the road. Iowa rounds out the two-game December slate with a home matchup against Maryland on Saturday, Dec. 6.

The Hawkeyes return to Big Ten play on Jan. 3 with a home game against UCLA. Iowa will also face Illinois (Jan. 11), Rutgers (Jan. 20) and USC (Jan. 28) at home in January.

The Hawkeyes go on the road to Minnesota (Jan. 6), Purdue (Jan. 14) and Indiana (Jan. 17) in the first month of 2026.
