CALHOUN COUNTY, MI – A 28-year-old Battle Creek man who allegedly struck a repossession agent with another vehicle while he was attempting to tow a vehicle has been arrested.
The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office responded to the disturbance at 10:19 a.m. on Sept. 18, according to a news release from the county.
Police believe a repossession agent was attempting to tow a vehicle when he was intentionally struck by another vehicle. The agent was pinned between two cars and suffered significant injuries, according to the release.
The victim was transported to a local hospital and listed in stable condition.
Deputies continued their investigation and located the vehicle they thought was used in the crash on the 100 block of Grenville Street in Battle Creek.
