Aliyah Boston was assessed a technical foul after flinging Atlanta’s Brionna Jones to the floor in the third quarter of Thursday’s WNBA playoff game.

The Indiana Fever had possession when the two became entangled in the lane with Jones wrapping her arm around Boston’s shoulder as the two fought for position. Jones was called for a personal foul, her fourth, but as the whistle blew, Boston forcefully pulled away, dropping Jones to the floor in the process.

The Dream took exception and an official was quick to intervene as players from both sides converged around Boston. Only words were exchanged and there were no additional extra-curriculars, including Kelsey Mitchell dribbling
