( 25News Now ) - After helping lead the El Paso-Gridley Titans to a 2A fourth place in state finish a season ago, senior setter Taylor Langland may not have the typical height for the position, but the Maryville University commit hasn’t let that stop her at all.

In the Titans’ win last week over Ridgeview, Langland not only broke the school’s all-time assists record, she also broke 2,000 total in her career.

As she hopes to lead the Titans even farther than last season, she earns the 25 Sports Athlete of the Week.
