MIDLAND, Texas (KFDA) - The Amarillo Sod Poodles have officially ended their season after falling to the Midland Rockhounds, 3-1.

The Sod Poodles lone score came in the third inning after Ben McLaughlin walked in a bases loaded situation, bringing Manuel Pena home from third.

The team finishes with an overall record of 71-67 and crowned the winners of the second half of the season in the Texas League South Division.

They will be back in action in April 2026.
