Take That have sparked excitement among Scottish fans after their iconic logo was projected onto Glasgow's Hampden Park Stadium on Thursday night.

In the last 24 hours, the legendary 90s boyband has been dropping tantalising hints that a new live tour announcement is imminent.

Yesterday, enigmatic clips were posted on the band's official Instagram page, harking back to their last live extravaganza - the Circus tour of 2009, which remains their largest ever and attracted over a million fans across the UK. The videos featured the group applying clown-style makeup and riding a unicycle.

On Thursday night, not only did the Take That logo dominate Hampden, but an image of an elephant also appeared, another nod to the Circus Tour.
