HAMILTON TOWNSHIP — The shuttered J. Harold Duberson School in downtown Mays Landing has been sold to a developer who is slated to redevelop the site for residential use, according to a statement from the school district.
The price was not given for the sale of the property to Duberson Lofts LLC, an affiliate of Odin Properties.
Odin, based in Philadelphia, was founded in 2009 and specializes in transforming underperforming assets, according to its website.
“We are excited to see the Duberson School building restored and once again serving the community,” school board President Nanci Barr said.
