Machine Gun Kelly has hailed Megan Fox as a "phenomenal mom".

The rapper welcomed daughter Saga Blade with his former fiancée back in March. Although the stars are no longer in a romantic relationship, MGK paid tribute to Fox for always putting their daughter first.

During an appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show, MGK hailed the Transformers actress as a "phenomenal mom".

He continued: "I had it with a person who is the greatest partner, the greatest partner to have had a child with."

The 35-year-old star, who also has a 16-year-old daughter Casie with his ex-partner Emma Canon, then revealed Saga bears a striking resemblance to Fox.

"We go back and forth on who she looks like," MGK told host Jennifer Hudson. "Last month, she looked exactly like me and now she looks exactly like her."

MGK previously explained how Saga's name was inspired by his Norwegian heritage, with the name meaning "epic story".

Elaborating on the name choice, the Wild Boy star shared: "So we named her Saga because to get her on this earth through highs and lows, it truly was an epic story of love, pain, and a lot of magic."

Along with Saga, 39-year-old Fox also has three children with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green: Noah, 12, Bodhi, 11, and Journey, nine.
