A 56-year-old man has been charged with multiple offences after a Wollongong police operation allegedly uncovered commercial quantities of drugs in Helensburgh, north of Wollongong.
Police reported the arrest followed an investigation launched earlier this year into the alleged commercial supply of cocaine and cannabis.
Strike Force Template was established in January 2025 to monitor drug supply networks operating in the Helensburgh area.
The strike force was tasked with gathering intelligence on the movement of prohibited drugs across the region.
At about 9am on Friday, officers attached to Wollongong Police District arrested the man at a property on Cemetery Road, Helensburgh.
Police also seized two bags of cocaine at the scene.
