Fans of classic sitcoms have something to look forward to this fall: a long-awaited Home Improvement reunion. According to Parade, Tim Allen will reunite with his on-screen family for the season 2 premiere of ABC’s sitcom Shifting Gears. Patricia Richardson, Richard Karn, and Debbe Dunning will all join Allen in an episode that promises both nostalgia and laughter.

The trailer teases plenty of surprises, but it is the return of the Home Improvement cast that has fans buzzing. The beloved series, which ran from 1991 to 1999, made household names out of its stars and became one of ABC’s biggest comedies. This special home improvement reunion will mark the first time Allen, Richardson, Karn, and Dunning have appeared together on screen since the show’s finale more than two decades ago.
