STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Police are investigating a series of robberies that occurred across Staten Island during the week of Sept. 8 through 14, according to NYPD data.

Robberies in the borough are up slightly this year, with 213 incidents reported in 2025 compared to 212 in 2024, according to the NYPD’s CompStat system.

Here’s a look at the most recent incidents:

On Sept. 9 at 3 p.m., a personal electronic device robbery was reported at the intersection of Jersey and Carlyle streets in New Brighton.

On Sept. 11 at 1 p.m., a necklace jewelry robbery occurred at Centre Avenue and Ramsey Place in Stapleton. Later that same day at 6 p.m., a carjacking was reported at Westwood and Quinlan avenues in Meiers Corners.
