Barber stabbed with own scissors days after bar fight, D.A. says. Trial underway for defendant

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — On a frigid evening in February 2024, patrol officers responded to a report of a man stabbed on Port Richmond Avenue.

The victim was a local barber, who, according to prosecutors, was ambushed and stabbed with his own scissors during his walk home from work.
