The University of Missouri and President Mun Choi violated the first amendment speech rights of Mizzou Students for Justice in Palestine over the denial of the group's participation in the 2024 and 2025 homecoming parades.

The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri Central Division issued a preliminary injunction regarding the 2025 parade policies in finding Mizzou and Choi violated the student group's rights.
