FLINT -- When Genesee head coach Cody Clontz took over the head coaching position this season, he had the opportunity to watch film on his returning players.

One of the players that caught his eye was senior Joey Abbe, a four-year varsity starter and the Wolves’ returning quarterback/defensive back.
