Early voters encourage more people to get out to vote

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- Early voting begins Friday in Virginia, and voters in Charlottesville can cast their ballots at the Office of Voter Registration from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
