On Friday, Sept. 12, police said Clowney attempted to park at in an apartment complex on Constitution Boulevard across the street from where a high school football game was taking place. Clowney indicated that he was probably attending the football game and that it didn’t matter if he was or not because he said his aunt lived at the complex, police said.
Police said Clowney could not park in the complex and that his vehicle would be towed. Officers requested Clowney’s identification, which he refused to provide, according to the police report.
