Toronto Police have obtained new judicial authorization to identify and release the images of two outstanding suspects wanted in connection with the August homicide of eight-year-old JahVai Roy.

The young boy was shot to death on Aug. 16 when a stray bullet entered his home where he was sleeping alongside his mom.

On Sept. 5, one of three young male suspects was located and arrested. At the time of his arrest, police alleged that the accused was in possession of a loaded firearm which was modified to allow it to fire automatically.

Cops executed a search warrant at a Toronto residence and said items of evidentiary value were seized.

A 16-year-old Toronto teen was arrested and charged with first-degree murder and five firearm-related charges.
