NEWBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WHTM) -- A York County man is facing charges, accused of lodging a telephone threat against the Newberry Elementary School.

Robert A. Baley, 43, of Dover, was arrested Friday afternoon by Newberry Township Police and state troopers on charges of terroristic threats and harassment.

According to Newberry Township Police, officers were called for a threat at the Newberry Elementary School around 11:20 a.m. Friday.

The threat was made by phone by a parent toward a school employee.

Security measures were implemented by the police department and the West Shore School District as the threat was investigated.

Officers said the threat was allegedly made by Baley and an arrest warrant was sought.
