The City of Jersey Village will begin its initial phase of the project, including conceptual design and public feedback, after receiving council approval at the September regular meeting, according to a Sept. 18 newsletter from the city. The city council authorized an agreement with Brandstetter Carroll, Inc. to draft a pool design, and the city will spend $12,150 to cover design work through October.
The city will cancel the contract if the pool bond fails in November, according to the newsletter.
