LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office was able to track down a Houston man accused of following a man to the bank, then stealing $10,000 from him.
Deputies were able to find him by using the CPSO Real-Time Crime Center, but what is it, and how does it work?
The crime center has been around for some time, and CPSO was one of the first law enforcement organizations to have one in the state.
“We have so much information that goes through there, intelligence information that we need to pass on to our officers on patrol.
