Normally, a Friday night in Aliquippa is enjoyable. This Friday wasn’t normal.

A moment of silence was held at Aliquippa High School's football game against Penn Hills after 18-year-old student Kendric Curtis was shot and killed.
Curtis died Friday morning. He was shot by an Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agent outside the Linmar Terrace apartment complex.
“Something like this shouldn’t occur, especially to a kid,” Tyson said. “Kendric Curtis, his life mattered. He’s not here to tell his side of the story.”
