Washington Commanders coach Dan Quinn ruled out quarterback Jayden Daniels for Sunday’s game against the Las Vegas Raiders because of a knee sprain he suffered in a Sept. 11 loss to the Green Bay Packers. Daniels was a limited participant in practice Friday after missing practice Wednesday and Thursday, but didn’t show enough for Quinn to be comfortable playing him this week.

With Daniels out, Quinn said Marcus Mariota will get the start against the Raiders.
