You may not think about your regular commute until your train is delayed, there are road works or closures, or you get a puncture in your bike tyre. But, that regular travel to and from home to work or your place of study, really can have a huge impact on our health.

Every one’s work routine and schedule is different; you may be commuting every day, every other day, or just occasionally. But whatever the frequency, it’s usually an investment of time – something we are all becoming increasingly short of.
