A man on a skateboard was struck and killed by a Los Angeles Police Department vehicle Friday in the Highland Park area.
The crash occurred at 7:23 p.m. Friday at Woodside Drive and North Figueroa Street, LAPD Officer Drake Madison told City News Service. That location is next to Sycamore Grove Park.
