CINCINNATI (WXIX) - MINNEAPOLIS — Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Jake Browning said that the team entered Week 3 with the plan to be efficient on first and second downs and avoid negative plays. The game plan, personnel and play calling throughout the first half signaled that the Bengals were trying to be conservative, manage a low scoring game and try to lure the Minnesota Vikings into being the team that made mistakes.
