Children’s Alliance CEO Tanya Ward appointed chair of Tusla wellbeing check

Children’s Rights Alliance chief executive Tanya Ward has been appointed as the independent chair of the Tusla wellbeing check on children whose cases were closed during the Covid-19 lockdown.

The check was announced by Children’s Minister Norma Foley amid the search for the remains of Daniel Aruebose, who gardaí believe died around four years ago and was secretly buried by his parents in Donabate in north Dublin.
