MICAH PARSONS is preparing to face the Dallas Cowboys for the first time since his surprise exit last month.

The star defensive end was traded from Arlington to the Green Bay Packers in August.

Parsons' contract talks broke down with Cowboys owner Jerry Jones ahead of the new season.

Jones decided to cash in, trading Parsons to the Packers for defensive tackle Kenny Clark and two first-round draft picks .

The move made the 26-year-old the highest-paid non-quarterback in the NFL .

The Packers and Cowboys meet on Sunday with Parsons returning to the team who drafted him as the 12th overall pick in 2021.

And he admitted it would be bizarre to try and sack his "mentor" and good friend Dak Prescott.
