Carrie Ann Inaba nearly suffered a wardrobe malfunction while returning to “Dancing With the Stars.”

The longtime judge, who missed last week’s Season 34 premiere because she was sick, was so excited about one particular performance Tuesday night that she almost flashed a breast.

After “Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star Whitney Leavitt and her pro partner, Mark Ballas, danced the cha-cha to “Play That Funky Music” by Wild Cherry, Inaba proclaimed that the duo “just set this competition on fire.”

The former choreographer — who was wearing a low-cut silver dress — proceeded to stand up, twirl her head and tell Leavitt that she was “like an engine.”

While mimicking the roars of an engine, Inaba’s dress slid over. “Oh, hi, boob pad!” she quipped.
