Conservative podcaster Theo Von is demanding that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) take down a video on social media that includes one of his own clips.

The DHS posted a 31-second video on X on Tuesday that features Von, who is heard saying, “Heard you got deported dude. Bye.”

Von, a popular MAGA-friendly influencer who interviewed President Donald Trump on his podcast before the 2024 election, took to X to slam the use of his video, claiming it was posted without his permission.

“I know you know my address so send a check,” Von wrote late Tuesday.

“And please take this down and please keep me out of your ‘banger’ deportation videos. When it comes to immigration my thoughts and heart are alot more nuanced than this video allows. Bye!” he continued.
