SHELTON, Conn. (WTNH) — Raul Valle will appear in court again next month on amended charges, according to the State's Attorney's office in the Ansonia/Milford Judicial District.

He has been summoned to appear in court on Oct. 15 on the amended charges that were filed in July. The charges that were filed were reckless manslaughter, two counts of first-degree reckless assault and one count of second-degree reckless assault.

Valle was found not guilty of killing 17-year-old Jimmy McGrath at a house party in Shelton in 2022.
